This Document is Published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require Publishing the Rules and Regulations, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

For the purpose of Rules and regulation,Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires “You”, “Your”, “Viewer” or “User” shall be any natural or legal person who has agreed to the Rules and Regulations, Privacy Policy & Terms of Use. If services are accessed by you on the behalf of your Organization, You hereby agree and warrant that you have the requisite authority to accept the services on the behalf of your Organization.

  • The term “Abadhya” or “we” is referred to Abadhya Education Pvt. Ltd. And the term “you” is referred to the Viewer/User of the Application/Website.
  • Abadhya/Application/Website contains data/material which is our Intellectual Property and is owned or licensed by us. This material contains, is not limited to, Information/ Design/ Layout/ Appearance etc. Any reproduction of same is prohibited by the law.
  • No information, content or material from the our products and services may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way.
  • The content on the Application or Website or any electronic mode is for the General Information and personal use only. It may or may not change with or without prior notice.

  • We (Abadhya) or any third party services do not provide any guarantee or warranty to the accuracy or completeness or performance of the information provided in the App or the Website in any form. It may be or may not be correct. User Acknowledge that it may or may not have inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • It is the responsibility of the User to use to information/data provided on the Application or Website at your own risk. We shall be not liable for the same.
  • Unauthorized use of Application/Website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
  • Any Dispute arising out of the Application/Website is subject to DELHI JURISDICTION ONLY.

  • In no event will Abadhya Education Pvt. Ltd. be liable for damages of ANY KIND.
  • Subscription plans offered in the Application/Website are non-refundable. Once subscribed, you can unsubscribe for the next month but no refunds will be made for the current month. Only under rare circumstances if we feel that injustice has been done we will consider the request and initiate the refund.
  • User have to specify correct address at the time of registration for delivery of books. User consent that the information provided is true and under no circumstances whatsoever user can change the address once the order has been shipped.
  • User can not cancel the order once the Order has been shipped. User can cancel the Order while it is still under processing.
  • Return Policy: User shall raise a return request within 3 working days of the delivery of the books. Incase the user fails to do so, we will not entertain any return request.
  • Delivery: The Book/Product is Shipped through Trusted Shippers (Mostly by the Indian Post) as soon as possible after receiving the Order. User understands that Product Delivery may or may not be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances in the Transit. We make it our point to serve our users with the best of our abilities and best of our services but we do not guarantee a specific period of time for the same.
  • User undertake that the address submitted in the Application is correct and true. Any change of address after the shipment of the product would not be our responsibility/Liability.
  • We have the right to amend the Terms of Use and shall Publish the same on the App immediately for the reference of the User.
  • In the event of your breach of this Terms of Use, User shall be liable for any loss or damages caused to Abadhya.

An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all CC transactions.
